2. Eligibility for a Refund A refund will only be issued under the following circumstances:
Service Not Initiated: If no work has been started on your project by our team after the payment has been made.
Double Payment: If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same service.
3. Non-Refundable Services Fees for the following services and charges are strictly non-refundable:
Work that has already been completed or is in progress.
Domain name registration fees.
Web hosting and server charges.
Fees paid for RNI registration assistance or other government charges.
Third-party software or licenses purchased on your behalf.
Consultation fees.
4. Partial Refunds If a project is canceled midway by the client, a partial refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis for unutilized services. The amount will be calculated at the sole discretion of News Portal Development, based on the work completed.
5. Refund Request Process To request a refund, clients must:
Send a formal refund request via email to [your-refund-email@newsportaldevelopment.com].
The request must be made within 7 working days of the original payment.
Include valid proof of payment (transaction ID, invoice copy) and a clear reason for the request.
6. Processing Time Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, it will be processed within 10–15 business days. The funds will be returned to the original mode of payment.
