Terms & Conditions – News Portal Development

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the website or using the services of News Portal Development (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you (“Client,” “User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered We provide, but are not limited to, the following services:

• News portal website design and development.

• Domain name registration and web hosting solutions.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital marketing services.

• Assistance with RNI (Registrar of Newspapers for India) registration.

• Mobile application development.

• Other related IT and consulting solutions.

3. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: The Client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for project setup and legal compliance.

• Content: The Client is solely responsible for all content (text, images, videos, etc.) published on their news portal. The Client must ensure the content does not violate copyright laws, defamation laws, or any other applicable regulations.

• Legal Compliance: The Client is responsible for complying with all local, national, and international laws related to the operation of their news portal.

• Login Security: The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Payments and Fees

• Advance Payment: Fees for all services must be paid in advance or as per the agreed-upon milestones for the project.

• Additional Charges: Any work requested outside the original scope of the project will be subject to additional charges, which will be agreed upon beforehand.

• Non-Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. All outstanding fees will remain due.

• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), which will be added to the invoice as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

• All custom code, designs, graphics, and software created by the Company shall remain the intellectual property of News Portal Development until the full and final payment is received from the Client.

• Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a license to use the design and content on their website. The Company may retain the rights to its underlying code and frameworks.

6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall News Portal Development be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or legal disputes arising from the Client’s content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in case of a breach of these terms, non-payment, or any illegal activity.

• The Client may terminate their services by providing written notice, but they will remain liable for payment for work already completed.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City], India.
